Job summary

I-Ray IT Solutions AB in Linköping is seeking an Interim Unit Manager to lead IT Infrastructure, Platform and Network operations.

You will manage a team of 15–20, drive development and service delivery, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The assignment is full-time with a defined end date and remote work by agreement.

This senior role requires strong leadership, budgeting, change management and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in management roles with personnel, operational and budget responsibility.
Experience leading technical specialist teams within IT infrastructure, platforms, networks or similar complex IT environments.
Experience with IT service delivery or technical delivery management.
Experience in change management and business development.
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a structured, proactive and results-oriented manner.
Competency corresponding to level 4.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a technical IT unit of about 15–20 employees.
Manage daily operations, development and service delivery of the IT unit.
Plan resources, skills and staffing needs.
Monitor budgets and financial responsibilities.
Ensure stable, secure and reliable IT operations.
Plan and prioritise development of IT services and platforms.
Lead improvement and change initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Ensure information security, continuity and operational requirements are followed.
Balance steady operations with continuous development.
