Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Broker for Scandinavian government bonds and FX Forward CHF based in Stockholm. The role requires acting as an inter-dealer broker, managing an existing client portfolio and developing new relationships across the Scandinavian market.

You will join a top team and work on end-to-end brokerage workflows with a focus on revenue validation, commission structures, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial markets with established client relationships in Scandinavian government bonds.
• Inter-dealer broker experience is required.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as an inter-dealer broker for Scandinavian government bonds and FX Forward CHF.
• Grow and manage an existing client portfolio in the Scandinavian market.
• Develop new client relationships and conduct market mapping.
• Provide market coverage, pricing, liquidity and market intelligence to clients.
