Job summary

Saab is seeking an Integration Manager to lead the Integration section within GBAD C2. You will oversee system and subsystem integration, aligning subsystems, software, hardware and external interfaces into complete solutions that meet requirements and customer expectations.

You will drive integration strategy, resource allocation, and team development, collaborating with verification, project management, systems engineering, architects, development teams, QA, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in system integration within complex technical environments.
• Leadership experience in people management, project management, or functional roles.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, interface management and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the System and Subsystem Integration team.
• Define and implement integration strategies, methods, and plans.
• Ensure efficient integration throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage interfaces across subsystems, software, hardware, and external systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for integration-related topics.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Plan and allocate resources in line with business needs and project portfolios.
• Develop team capabilities and secure long-term competence growth.
• Represent integration in cross-functional forums and leadership teams.
