Job summary

Saab Surveillance is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering team within Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities. You will contribute across the product lifecycle from requirements to delivery, collaborating with project managers, developers, testers, and customers to meet safety and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in requirements engineering, system architecture, verification and validation, or safety-critical systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Swedish knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and manage system requirements.
• Develop system architecture and system design.
• Perform system safety analyses.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead system integration activities.
• Define and drive system-level verification and validation activities.
• Coordinate verification across hardware, software, and systems engineering.
• Follow up on requirements coverage, verification status, and test results.
