Job summary

Winthrop Technologies seeks an Integration Manager to coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple turnkey data centre projects in Europe. The role requires balancing technical and project management skills to manage scopes, interdependencies, and the handover process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of onsite construction project management experience in data centre or pharmaceutical sectors, with telecommunications design/installation experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction-related onsite project management, preferably in Data Centre/Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Telecommunications design/installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on planning and execution of Integration requirements.
• Single point of contact for management and reporting of scopes and deliverables.
• Identify, document and manage construction phasing deliverables and related CSA/MEP deliverables.
• Report bi-weekly progress through Design, Procurement, Execution and Handover phases.
• Produce an Integration Execution Plan.
• Chair internal Integration meetings, including Client.
• Coordinate with Client on snagging and handover.
• Attend weekly design workgroup or workshops as required.
• Facilitate scheduling of installation and site onboarding (H&S, Method Statements).
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Integration Managerto join our team.

The Integration Manager (IM) will act as the point of contact (POC) and will co-ordinate and liaise with a number of stakeholdersboth external and internal, and as such should have a goodbalance of technical and project management experience and skills.

The role requires the identification, management of scopes and interdependencies between externaland internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build.

The IM is responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordination and reporting on the planning andexecution of the Integration requirements.
• Single POC for management and reporting of the planning and execution ofscopes and deliverables
• Identify, document and manage the construction phasing deliverables of the above systems andrelated CSA and MEP deliverables
• Report Bi-weekly progress through the respective Design, Procurement, Execution andHandover phases.
• Produce an Integration Execution Plan
• Chair internal Integration meetings, including Client.
• Manage, and ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process
• Co-ordinate with the Client on snagging and handover
• Attend weekly design workgroup or workshops meetings, as required, such as but not limited to:
• Facilitate, coach and aid in the scheduling of the installation andsite on-boarding (H&S, Method Statements etc)
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction related onsite project management,preferable in the Data Centre/Pharmaceutical sectors.
