HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Foundation Architect – Network DevOps Build Expert to lead architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise network and infrastructure platforms. The role drives automation, DevOps adoption, cloud integration, and scalable solutions for global operations.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, designing scalable networks, leading IaC initiatives, and providing governance with cloud, security, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Enterprise Network Architecture, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Job Title: Infrastructure Foundation Architect – Network DevOps Build Expert

Experience: 12-18+ Years

Role Summary

Lead the architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise network and infrastructure platforms. Drive automation, DevOps adoption, cloud integration, and scalable infrastructure solutions supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define network and infrastructure architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient LAN/WAN, DC, cloud, and hybrid network solutions.
• Drive network automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.
• Lead infrastructure transformation, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Provide architecture governance, technical leadership, and design assurance.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and platform engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Enterprise Network Architecture, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
• Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Python, APIs, and network automation.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP networking services.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Cloud Architect Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• DevNet, Network Automation, or TOGAF Certifications
