Est Populo is seeking a capable influencer and creator campaigns lead to run briefs from concept to results. You’ll source, brief, and manage creators across multiple clients and ensure campaigns stay on brief and on strategy.

You’ll negotiate rates, manage creator relationships, and work with the creative team to translate brand goals into compelling content. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, with remote options from Sweden.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on experience running influencer or creator campaigns.
• Experience negotiating with creators or talent agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships without dropping details.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

We’re looking for someone who can run influencer and creator campaigns from brief to results, and who knows the difference between a creator who looks right on paper and one who will actually convert.

What you'll do

• Source, brief, and manage creators across campaigns for multiple clients at once
• Negotiate rates and manage relationships with creators and their agencies
• Build briefs that give creators enough direction without killing what makes them good
• Track and report on campaign performance, and adjust the roster based on what’s working
• Work with our creative team to make sure creator content fits the client’s broader strategy

What success looks like

• Creators want to work with you again, and clients ask for you by name
• Your roster decisions are backed by performance data, not gut feel
• A campaign that starts drifting off-brief gets corrected before it ships, not after

What we're looking for

• 2+ years hands-on experience running influencer or creator marketing campaigns
• Real experience negotiating with creators or talent agencies
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and relationships at once without dropping details
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Computer provided
• Work from our Gothenburg or Stockholm office, or remote
