We also supply district heating to households and businesses, and geothermal energy solutions to large properties. With more than 50 years of solid experience in the energy sector, we currently operate around 350 sites across the Nordic and Baltic countries.

We are looking for an Industry Lead, Mining & Metals to strengthen our international sales team

Location: This position can be based in either Stockholm, Sweden or Vantaa, Finland.

In this role, you will be the key driver of our growth in the mining and metals sector by shaping strategy, building industry-specific competence, and coordinating strategic customer activities across markets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an industry-specific plan for offerings and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with country sales heads to ensure local execution of industry strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends by attending events, networking, and promoting our services. Share insights regularly within our sales organization.
  • Assign identified leads to local sales teams while also managing your own portfolio of strategic customers.
  • Coordinate actions and ensure strong collaboration with local Key Account Managers and sales teams to grow our footprint in the sector.
What We Expect From You
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the mining and metals industry, or a related industrial sector.
  • An established and active professional network in the mining and metals sector is a must-have.
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with strategic customers at both local and international levels.
  • A commercial mindset with the skills to translate industry insights into concrete business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel across all countries where we operate (in the Nordic, the Baltic, and the Benelux countries).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in English and Finnish or Swedish.
