Job summary
Scania is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join a smaller production unit where your work will directly impact our business. You will collaborate with production, maintenance and external suppliers to deliver robust, efficient technical solutions with a high degree of ownership.
You will help take ideas and analyses through to implemented improvements, shaping technology, ways of working, and business results while working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience leading or contributing to projects
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Interest in IT-related solutions
Responsibilities
- Support production and maintenance with technical guidance
- Procure and install equipment, and modify existing equipment
- Improve production processes and lead improvement projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (production, quality, logistics, maintenance, engineering, IT)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and justify new investments
- Provide technical support to production in daily operations
