Job summary

Scania is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a smaller production unit where your ideas can rapidly become tangible improvements. You will own technical solutions and work closely with production, maintenance and suppliers to ensure robust, efficient operations.

You will join a role that welcomes diverse backgrounds and offers opportunities to influence technology, ways of working, and business results. Swedish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to projects is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to assembly operations and resolve production-related questions.
• Procure and install new equipment and modify existing equipment.
• Lead improvement projects and justify new investments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, logistics, IT.
