Job summary

Allshares is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Incentive Design Team in Stockholm. You will shape client outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to evolving advisory and SaaS offerings.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage complex project workstreams, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, contributing to value creation and long-term strategy execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-time experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a related analytically demanding field.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with outstanding academic results.
• Exceptional quantitative capability and problem-solving skills; proven ability to process complex data and build structured logic.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of project execution from initial scoping to final delivery.
• Analyzing data sets and complex business contexts to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Translating technical findings into high-impact recommendations for Remuneration Committees and the C-suite.
