Job summary

Nordic Investin is recruiting an Identity Security Program Manager on behalf of a partner company. You create pace through clarity when workstreams, decisions and dependencies must move as one, and you surface risk early.

The partner is strengthening its capability in identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged access. You will take responsibility for work that connects IAM roadmap, workstreams and dependencies, while ensuring that controls and adoption receive

Qualifications

Experience delivering identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged access.
Strong knowledge of IAM roadmap and workstreams.
Experience applying dependencies and controls.
Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving adoption.
Clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
Professional English and handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Own the practical direction for identity-security programmes spanning workforce, partners and privileged access.
Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for IAM roadmap and workstreams.
Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around dependencies.
Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting controls.
Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve adoption.
Strengthen knowledge sharing and sustainable ownership across the team.
