Job summary

Kanthal, part of Alleima Group, is strengthening its Internal Control capability. The role supports the Divisional Internal Control Lead in the ICFR program, focusing on testing readiness, control owners, and reporting across the division.

Location options include Hallstahammar, Sandviken, or Stockholm, with ~80% Internal Control work and 20% Financial Control, engaging with senior stakeholders and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, auditing, finance, business administration, risk management or related field.
• Experience with ICFR/SOX testing across multinational environments is preferred.
• Strong process and control mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support ICFR assessment cycles: planning, coordination, tracking and follow-up.
• Population preparation and sample selection; support readiness reporting.
• Assist Internal Control testing tool administration and documentation quality.
• Drive deficiency governance: logging, action plans, and follow-ups.
