Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense in Sweden seeks an IAM Lead Architect to drive our Identity and Access Management offering and lead strategic initiatives with clients. You will combine advisory work, leadership, and deep IAM expertise to deliver long-term value.

You will shape governance, strategy, and operating models, collaborating with consultants to translate strategy into practical solutions for security and business goals.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IAM and comfortable operating strategically and close to the business
• Strong understanding of how IAM connects security, business requirements, governance, and technology
• Experience in building trust, leading discussions with decision-makers, and helping organizations advance IAM maturity

Responsibilities

• Drive and further develop our strategic IAM offering
• Act as an advisor to clients on IAM strategy, architecture, and technology selection
• Support clients in establishing governance, processes, and ways of working within Identity and Access Management
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of our client offering within IAM
• Act as a senior advisor in client dialogues, workshops, and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with technical consultants and specialists to ensure strategies can be translated into practice
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, professional development, and growth of the team
• Represent the IAM area internally and externally by presenting solutions and strategic choices to clients and stakeholders
