Job summary

Avenga is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer to join our team, delivering end-to-end solutions for a major European energy client. You will design and implement frontend and backend components, aligning with standards and best practices.

You will work on scalable and robust systems, collaborating with UX/UI and business stakeholders, mentoring peers, and contributing to technical leadership. Office visits 2-3 days per week are required, with strong English and Swedish language proficiency

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Java Engineer.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka.
• Working experience with Azure.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with Database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and API design.
• Ability to visit the office 2-3 days a week.
• English – Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Swedish – Advanced.
