Job summary

ALTEN Sweden is seeking a Scrum Master/Team Lead in Gothenburg to guide Agile teams in testing (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) or development (React, Java Spring Boot). The role blends leadership with hands-on contribution to API integrations and IT solutions for the automotive sector.

The position is hybrid, with on-site collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to drive innovation, efficiency, and successful project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with facilitation and leadership.
Hands-on testing and/or development experience: Cypress/Playwright/Selenium; React or Java Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of API integrations.
Fluent English (Swedish a plus).
Proactive mindset balancing technical contributions with leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile processes, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning technical and business goals.
Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative Agile environment.
Act as the face of the team, engaging with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure smooth project execution.
Contribute technically with hands-on testing and development experience as needed.
