Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Global Product Reliability Manager to lead reliability initiatives for the Surface Division. You will drive strategy, coordinate global teams, and balance time to market with cost efficiency to meet customer expectations.

You will work across geographies from Nashik or Bangalore, in a hybrid setup, traveling occasionally to advance the reliability growth concept and embed it in the company DNA as part of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• Around 5+ years of experience in product reliability
• Proven track record in leading reliability initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product reliability strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to implement reliability growth.
• Promote reliability growth and demonstrate its value across the organization.
• Support MTBF growth planning for selected products.
• Improve processes and tools for the entire product life cycle based on data.
