Fortum is seeking a Solution Specialist to shape the future of Enterprise Asset Management across its asset-intensive operations in the Nordic region. You will bridge business and IT, translating needs into sustainable digital solutions and contributing to pre-study activities and SAP Asset Management transitions.

Based in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden, with hybrid work, you will collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering and IT stakeholders to optimize asset lifecycle processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management processes and platforms.
• Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end asset management and maintenance processes.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gatherings and design discussions.
• Translate business needs into solution requirements, user stories and backlogs.
• Support solution design, testing, release planning and change management.
