Job summary

Sandvik is seeking an AI Architect for HR Technology to shape and govern the use of AI across HR capabilities. You will provide architectural direction for Workday-native capabilities, AI agents, and custom-built solutions aligned with Sandvik's AI strategy and standards.

The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, architecture specialists, and data privacy teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI deployments across global HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping AI strategy and governance for HR/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Hands-on prototyping of AI capabilities and workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI strategy and roadmap for HR with the Head of HR Technology.
• Identify AI opportunities and lead pilots and implementations.
• Establish governance principles for data, privacy, and lifecycle management.
• Design AI interactions with HR systems and data sources for scalability and cost efficiency.
