Job summary

ALTEN Sverige Aktiebolag is seeking a self-driven Electronics HW Designer for ongoing and upcoming assignments in Gothenburg. You will develop hardware, create schematics, and lay out PCBs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronic design, proficiency with Altium or KeyCad, knowledge of EMI/EMC and thermal management, and familiarity with connectivity standards. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic design.
• Proficient with schematics and layout in Altium or KeyCad.
• Experience in test methods and tools to verify electronic design.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC/ESD methods and thermal management.
• Familiar with BT/Wi‑Fi/Cellular and GNSS is a plus.
• MS or BS in Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Pro‑active, collaborative and able to interact with stakeholders.
• English language skills.
