Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking two Project Quality Managers for our HVDC project portfolio. You will lead quality activities through the project lifecycle, coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure contract requirements align with our quality system and achieve high customer satisfaction.

You will develop plans, guide teams on quality matters, train staff, and drive a culture of quality and compliance across projects. Travel 10%+ to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management.
• Experience leading quality activities in EPC project environments is preferred.
• English fluency both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and follow up a stable quality management system for the project.
• Set up project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents.
• Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project.
• Provide training and auditing process adherence guidance to the team.
• Register and follow up quality risks and ensure mitigations are implemented.
• Derive and share Lessons Learned through HVDC processes and tools.
• Drive the quality culture and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
