Job summary
Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Team Manager System Solutions for HVDC C&P - IT/CS to lead a specialist team responsible for IT and Cyber Security within HVDC Control and Protection systems.
The role combines deep technical know-how in industrial control, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity with proven leadership and project management skills. You will oversee the full lifecycle of IT and Cyber Security solutions, from requirements gathering and architectural design to implementation, testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 8 years in IT or Cyber Security roles with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Strong understanding of network architectures, OS (Windows/Linux), virtualization and cloud.
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, NERC CIP and ISO 27001.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and specialists on IT and Cyber Security for HVDC Control & Protection systems.
- Oversee IT and Cyber Security solution lifecycle from requirements to implementation and commissioning.
- Develop strategies for secure IT infrastructure within HVDC systems following industry standards.
- Collaborate with HVDC engineers to integrate IT/Cyber Security into system architecture.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and industry trends; ensure policy compliance.
