Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Built Environment, Health and Safety, Construction Management).
• Experience in HSEQ for buildings or construction engineering projects.
• Good understanding of local legislation and management systems.
• Experience in investigation and root cause analysis of near misses.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead local implementation of HSEQ management system.
• Manage audits and non-conformities.
• Report on HSEQ KPIs and project-related incidents.
• Support project delivery teams with HSEQ expertise.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of Ramboll's systems.
