Job summary

CTS Group in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking an HSE Administrator (Data Centers) to join our site team on major hyperscale projects. You will support HSE documentation, training records, and day-to-day safety administration to uphold high standards.

This hands-on role collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, ensuring audits, inspections, and reporting are completed accurately. Fluent English and strong document control are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HSE, construction or project administration role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining HSE documentation, registers, records and reports.
• Ability to support the coordination of inductions, training records and site documentation.
• Experience assisting with audits, inspections and HSE reporting processes.
• Strong document control and record management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy site environment.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems.
• Fluent English essential.
• Previous experience within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments would be advantageous.
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of Sweden HSE legislation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the site HSE team, maintaining documentation and records.

CTS Group is currently recruiting experienced HSE Administrators (Data Centers) to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in

Stockholm, Sweden.

The Role

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will provide key administrative and coordination support to the site HSE team, helping to ensure HSE documentation, reporting, and compliance records are maintained to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to support the effective management of HSE documentation, training records, reporting and day-to-day safety administration across the project.
