Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HIL Developer to support the development, maintenance, and evolution of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for advanced automotive systems. This is a development-focused role responsible for building and enhancing HIL infrastructure, enabling efficient validation of next-generation ADAS and vehicle platform functionality.

The ideal candidate will have strong HIL development experience, solid engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HIL rigs and supporting infrastructure.
• Design and implement solutions to improve HIL platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support integration and validation of new vehicle features, sensors, and ADAS functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HIL hardware, software, and communication interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with test automation, system engineering, and development teams.
