We are looking for a skilled HIL Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing, maintaining, and advancing complete-vehicle Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments. You will play a key role in enabling software verification, test automation, continuous integration, and early hardware/software validation across vehicle platforms.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development, maintenance, and testing of complete-vehicle electrical HIL rigs
- Support hardware and software integration activities during early development phases
- Develop HIL solutions covering test automation, model-based development, and dSPACE integration
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver robust HIL capabilities
- Contribute to continuous improvements, scalable test environments, and CI-ready solutions
- Support verification activities in vehicles at system and functional levels when required
- Provide technical guidance throughout the product development lifecycle
- Contribute to Agile/SAFe ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably within Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive electrical system development, integration, verification, or testing
- Experience designing and developing electronic systems across both hardware and software domains
- Experience with end-to-end functional verification, HIL testing, and automated test systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional engineering environments
