Etteplan is looking for a Head of Systems Engineering to lead their ILS/IPS and system safety offerings in Sweden. This role involves overall responsibility and P&L accountability, with the aim of building a team of 25-50 specialists over three years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems Engineering and leadership, be fluent in both Swedish and English, and be motivated to drive business growth while delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience within ILS/IPS, Systems Engineering or similar areas.
• Background from organizations with high requirements for safety and reliability.
• Experience of leadership and business responsibility (P&L).
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
