A global games company is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the investor relations strategy, communicate financial performance and growth plans to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in investor relations and excellent English and Swedish communication skills. This is a strategic role requiring strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of ESG frameworks.
Stillfront Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Investor Relations reporting to the Group CFO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, communicating the company’s financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a doer attitude with a strong understanding of capital markets.
Manage and lead the investor relations department
Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that effectively communicates Stillfront Group’s value proposition, growth strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives to the investor community.
Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders.
Prepare and present financial and strategic information in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events.
Work closely with the CEO, CFO and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, such as press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG reports.
Drive the CSRD and CSDDD implementation
Manage the investor relations section of the company website, keeping it up to date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, a proven track record with the technology sector is seen as a plus.
Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors.
Strategic thinker with a doer attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ESG, CSRD, and CSDDD frameworks, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports, are an advantage.
