Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Stockholm invites a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to lead the Nordic finance function. You will translate financial insights into sales and business decisions across a multi-market region, while guiding a team of three.

Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, planning and forecasting, evaluating growth opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in sales finance, commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles in FMCG or international settings.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting and commercial drivers.
• Proactive, business-minded with ability to challenge and influence.

• Planning and performance: assist planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting and tracking.
• Commercial support: evaluate growth opportunities, pricing, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.
• Financial analysis: analyse P&L, risks, opportunities and key drivers for decisions.
• Regional focus: bring financial discipline to a five-market Nordic region.
• People leadership: lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 employees.
• Collaboration: build cross-functional relationships within Finance community.

We have an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner with a strong Sales Finance background to make a real impact in our Nordics organisation. As part of the Nordics Leadership team, you will help translate financial insights into sales and business decisions that support sustainable growth across a complex, multi-market region, while leading and developing a team of 3 employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales finance partnering: Support Sales and Commercial teams as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Planning and performance: Support planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting, and performance tracking across markets and customers.
• Commercial support: Evaluate growth opportunities, customer and channel performance, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.
• Financial analysis: Analyse P&L performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to support fact-based decisions.
• Regional focus: Bring structure, financial discipline, and business understanding to a complex five-market Nordics region.
• People leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 employees.
• Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a high-performing Finance community.

Your Qualifications

• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in sales finance, commercial finance, finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, or a similar finance role, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced international environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Good understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial drivers
• Curious, proactive, and business-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems, BI tools, or data visualisation tools is a plus
• Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
