Wellspect Healthcare, part of Dentsply Sirona, seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead ERP and manufacturing application strategy and to own the Infor M3 ERP landscape supporting our global operations.

You will drive digital transformation across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions and modernize the technology stack worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting enterprise applications and ERP environments.
• 5+ years leading application teams or enterprise technology functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and finance operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the roadmap for Infor M3 ERP and manufacturing technologies that support our global operations. You will partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive digital transformation, optimize critical business processes, and deliver innovative technology solutions that enable growth.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic technology leader who combines deep ERP expertise with strong business acumen and people leadership.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and ERP environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing application teams or enterprise technology functions.
• Strong hands‐on experience with Infor M3 ERP.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and finance operations.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of MES, WMS, PLM, QMS, or related manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing strategies.
