Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a highly experienced epidemiologist to lead causal inference in pharmacoepidemiology and real-world evidence studies.

You will design studies, supervise analyses, mentor colleagues, and engage with clients and partners to ensure rigorous research outputs across multiple locations and timelines. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills and a PhD in Epidemiology.

Qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology or equivalent, life sciences background.
• At least 10 years of pharmacoepidemiology/RWE experience with publications.
• Strong training in causal inference and research leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical companies or pharmacoepeidemiology research organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of study protocols and contribute to statistical analysis plans.
• Review analytical outputs, interpret results, and develop study reports and manuscripts.
• Lead proposal development and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of internal scientific capabilities.
• Support interactions with clients and research partners throughout the research lifecycle.
