The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in hardware engineering, especially in Ethernet switch design. The position promotes collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.
• Experience designing Networking Hardware, particularly 100G and 200G PAM4 Ethernet switching.
• Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Author Functional Specifications of high power and high density Ethernet switches.
• Select and Qualify Components for high speed designs.
• Work closely with local and overseas Contract Manufacturers.
