Job summary

Northmill Bank AB invites a part-time Business Development Intern to assist the Head of Business Development in identifying new opportunities, pricing, packaging, customer journeys, and market analysis.

You will help develop structured business cases, perform market research, and analyze data to strengthen strategic growth. The role requires about two days per week in an office-first setting, with English fluency and a Sweden-based location.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering, with at least one year of studies completed.
• Previous internship experience is valued.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Python/Claude is a plus.
• Able to work about two days per week in an office-first role.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured business cases for new initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify revenue opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to improve product distribution and customer journeys.
• Identify improvements for internal operations, including GenAI applications.
• Assist in preparing presentations for strategic partnerships.
