Job summary

Natural Cycles° is seeking a QA Manager for the Product Growth team in Sweden. You will own QA strategy across acquisition, sign-up, payments, subscriptions, and in-app experiences, leading a growing QA function and driving automation, AI, and modern QA practices to accelerate release cycles.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Design to embed quality throughout the customer journey and build a scalable QA function with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience owning QA strategy, processes and ways of working.
• Experience testing growth-oriented digital products, including funnels and analytics.
• Hands-on test automation experience guiding framework and tooling decisions.
• Experience using AI or modern QA tooling to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Understanding of payments, pricing, subscriptions, or other high-impact commercial flows.
• Ability to balance long-term QA strategy with pragmatic, in-the-m moment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA strategy and operating model for Product Growth, defining what and how to test.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QA team, growing automation capabilities.
• Improve QA processes to shorten time from idea to launch without sacrificing quality.
• Drive adoption of test automation and AI to scale QA across the journey.
• Lead QA approaches for cross-pod initiatives, identifying risks early.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Analytics to ensure end-to-end quality.
