Job summary

Happy Socks is seeking a Head of Growth to own the performance marketing strategy, budget, and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Affiliate and SEO. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CMO and collaborates with Creative, Go-to-Market, PR, CRM, and ecommerce to align acquisition with brand and product priorities.

You will build measurement practices (MMM, incrementality), optimize ROAS and CAC, and scale paid and organic growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in growth/performance marketing
• Multi-channel paid budget management
• Strong measurement and attribution know-how
• Experience with automation and data tools

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and budget across major channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and SEO
• Lead measurement, MMM and incrementality testing, and attribution decisions
• Oversee creative ops and production pipelines for scalable ad content
• Build growth systems and tooling to automate marketing ops
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CRM, creative, and ecommerce teams
