Job summary

Anyfin exists to improve people's financial lives. We are seeking a Commercial Director for Germany to own growth, CAC, CLTV and pricing decisions across the market. You will drive multi-team alignment and define the commercial engine from acquisition to retention, shaping the product strategy and market tests.

You will sit in our Growth team in Stockholm, with direct reports in Germany and close collaboration with product, credit, finance and marketing.

Qualifications

• Hold long- and short-term Germany strategy with a multi-year view.
• Think in unit economics and link actions to CAC/CLTV.
• Challenge the status quo with testable ideas and fast validation.
• Own the whole picture across credit, finance, marketing and product in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own Germany end to end, including acquisition, funnel, pricing, retention and CLTV.
• Shape the product offering and decide which features to test and take to market.
• Lead the Growth team in Stockholm with direct reports in the market.
• Collaborate with product, credit, finance and marketing to drive outcomes.
