Job summary

Lindab Group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to strengthen the Group Finance function in Malmö. You will lead reporting and consolidation, support financial integration of acquisitions, and drive governance improvements across the organization.

Based in Malmö with interactions at headquarters, you will report to the Group Finance Manager and collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure IFRS compliance and high-quality financial disclosure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group accounting and consolidation processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and policies.
• Ability to coordinate with regional finance teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the Group, including IFRS consolidation.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and compliant financial reporting across the Group.
• Oversee onboarding of acquired entities and alignment with Group policies.
• Develop reporting instructions and documentation for governance.
• Improve internal controls, processes, and closing routines.
• Collaborate with regional controllers and local finance teams.
• Drive finance development projects focusing on standardization and automation.
