Eficode Group is seeking an experienced Group Chief Accountant to lead accounting integrity, financial control and compliance across our international group. You will shape a scalable, group-led Finance function and report directly to the Chief Finance Officer.

You will own the balance sheet and cash flow, supervise the Finance team, and drive standardisation of accounting processes while managing tax, treasury and external audits across multiple entities and countries.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial control or a similar senior Finance role.
• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting expertise across balance sheet management, cash flow, tax, audit and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading and developing Finance professionals.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-entity and/or international organisation.
• Experience supporting Finance transformation, process improvement or operating model change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Group Chief Accountant to play a key role in the next stage of our Finance journey.

You’ll take ownership of accounting integrity, financial control and compliance across our international Group, while helping us build a more consistent, scalable and group-led Finance function.

Combining strong technical accounting expertise with people leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to develop our Finance team, improve how we work and help shape the future of Finance at Eficode.

You will report directly to our Chief Finance Officer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the Group balance sheet and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and strong financial control.

• 10+ years’ experience in accounting, financial control or a similar senior Finance role.
• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting expertise across balance sheet management, cash flow, tax, audit and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading and developing Finance professionals.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-entity and/or international organisation.
• Experience supporting Finance transformation, process improvement or operating model change.

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Desired skills and qualifications

It would be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience within a group-led or centralised Finance function.
• Experience supporting post-acquisition integration.
• Knowledge of treasury, banking, liquidity, debt, foreign exchange and transfer pricing.
• Finnish or Swedish language skills would be beneficial.
