Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a pool of talented research interns for February 2027 to support Nordic clients with customized proxy vote recommendations. You will gather and analyze corporate governance and financial information from public documents and provide well-reasoned voting rationale.

The role requires fluent English, knowledge of Nordic languages as a plus, a relevant degree in economics, finance or law, and the ability to work from ISS STOXX offices five days a week in Sweden from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• A native-level command of at least one of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is advantageous.
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or Political Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized vote recommendations to Nordic clients based on client-specific proxy voting guidelines.
• Gathers and analyzes corporate governance and financial information from public documents to support analyses.
• Answer internal and external queries and explain the rationale behind vote recommendations.
