GlobalLogic Sweden seeks Embedded Software engineers for an automotive project in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will design, develop and maintain embedded software for modern automotive systems in C++ and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Collaborate with software architects and system engineers to align on technical approaches, apply industry standards, and contribute to software quality and architecture, while growing professionally within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Strong background in system design, implementation, testing and maintenance in C/C++.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN).
• Embedded software development in Automotive domains (Linux, QNX).
• Experience with industry standard requirements and agile tools (JIRA, Git/Gerrit, Confluence).
• Experience working with cross functional teams; strong debugging skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in modern C++ for automotive systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, system engineers and other specialists.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor other developers.
• Document designs, decisions, assumptions, and key implementation choices.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in software architecture and processes.
• Support continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in modern C++.
