TE Connectivity Corporation seeks a Global Value Stream Planner to lead end-to-end supply planning, coordinating demand, supply, capacity, and inventory across regions and sites. You will drive integrated planning, scenarios, and risk mitigation to ensure customer commitments while optimizing cost and working capital.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in global supply planning, production planning, or materials management.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-region planning environments.
• Strong ability to influence without formal authority.
• Expertise in balancing supply-demand, capacity planning and inventory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Lead development and execution of fully integrated global supply plans for the value stream.
• Balance global supply and demand to optimize production footprints and costs.
• Anticipate material, capacity, and supply risks; enable proactive scenario planning.
• Define inventory strategies, replenishment models, and safety stock levels.
• Coordinate across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Support product lifecycle transitions with integrated planning strategies.
• Translate planning scenarios into executive-ready insights.
