Job summary

AAK AB is looking for an SAP Deployment Manager to lead the roll-out of SAP ERP solutions across global regions. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards, driving business change for organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience, excels in project management, change management, and has strong expertise in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Min. 7+ years of project management experience leading IT or SAP ERP roll‑outs.
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end IT project delivery with scope management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project dimensions across roll‑out projects, including scope and risk management.
• Manage expectations among team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear stage gate decisions are prepared and executed.
