Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala, Sweden, seeks an experienced Quality Partnership Manager to lead a team within the Quality organization. The role focuses on supplier quality oversight with external laboratories and manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance and reliability in a regulated environment.

You will partner with global quality teams and internal functions to drive strategic supplier oversight, quality improvements, and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries.
• Experience managing supplier quality, audits, quality agreements, or external partner oversight.
• Previous people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five Quality professionals focused on supplier and external partner quality oversight.
• Own supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Lead quality interactions on supplier changes, investigations, deviations, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Ensure Quality Agreements are established and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D and other stakeholders to drive improvements and risk management.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, and risk management activities.
