Job summary

Sobi seeks a Global PV Partnership & Operations Director to lead the PV Partnerships and Operations function worldwide. You will drive strategic direction, governance, and performance with internal stakeholders, co-development and distributor partners, and external vendors to ensure compliant pharmacovigilance delivery.

The role emphasizes product-level partner engagement, study-level safety management, and adherence to GVP and GCP across global operations.

Qualifications

University level qualification in biosciences, healthcare or pharmacy.
At least 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience leading and developing teams and effective people management.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the PV Partnership & Operations function, setting strategic direction and governance across global teams.
Ensure PV agreements are implemented, compliant and delivery-driven with partners and vendors.
Oversee PV case processing, safety data management and regulatory compliance across product/therapy areas.
Maintain inspection readiness and manage audits, CAPAs and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with GPV Safety Science, PV VM and other functions to optimize PV systems and vendor performance.
