Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• 6–10+ years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or supply chain in industrial/electronics.
• Strong knowledge of REACH, RoHS, Prop 65 and TSCA.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with global material legislation (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement material compliance strategy and processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate to internal policies.
• Manage material and substance data, supplier declarations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, Sustainability.
• Prepare compliance statements and maintain audit-ready documentation.
