Job summary

DeLaval in Sweden is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our global pricing team in a hybrid role based in Tumba. You will set global reference prices, define price logic, and support markets with pricing revisions and analyses.

You will collaborate with product management, R&D, and commercial operations to optimize margins, communicate price changes, and deliver pricing trainings. English fluency is required; Swedish is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, economics or related analytical discipline.
Experience in financial management, controlling, commercial operations or business analysis.
Pricing concepts and structures experience is a strong merit.
Understanding impact of pricing on profit margins.
Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI; SQL/VBA a merit.

Responsibilities

Plan, support and execute the price revisions for selected markets.
Support markets with pricing and pricing software related questions.
Set and revise global reference prices, develop price structures, and price logics with product management.
Communicate and support implementation of price changes based on analysis.
Lead pricing-related projects including timelines, deliverables and communications.
Assist R&D efforts with pricing direction.
