Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. seeks a PLM Program & Product Manager to shape the global PLM landscape and drive standardized, scalable processes for engineering and manufacturing teams worldwide.

You will translate business needs into a clear roadmap, steer investments, and lead cross‑functional programs with international stakeholders and partners. Fluent English is required, with on‑site work in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Experience in PLM within manufacturing or product development.
• Ability to own roadmaps, budgets and investments.
• Experience leading global programs with stakeholders and vendors.
• Understanding of PLM integrations and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global PLM roadmap, portfolio and budget.
• Define priorities and align business needs with resources and strategy.
• Manage relationships with R&D, application centers and manufacturing sites.
• Drive standardization of PLM processes across entities.
• Lead PLM programs, projects and transformation initiatives.
• Sustain lifecycle, upgrades, integrations and technology development.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to strengthen product data management.
