Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Supply Partner Development/Lean Engineer to strengthen our supply partners' manufacturing performance and capacity. You will evaluate capabilities on site, identify gaps, and establish clear roadmaps to close them, driving continuous improvement and risk reduction across the global supply network.

Qualifications

• Solid manufacturing or supplier development experience on the shop floor.
• Hands-on experience applying Lean principles and tools.
• Ability to train and coach others in improvement methods.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current capabilities on site, identify gaps and roadmap improvements.
• Follow up implementation and measure outcomes to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with buyers and supplier quality engineers.
• Influence change through facts, structure and clear communication.
• Help supply partners improve capacity and efficiency to meet demand.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
