Job summary

Billerud is seeking an IT Sourcing and Vendor Manager to strengthen Global IT Procurement. You will drive strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and contract management across IT categories as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation affecting mills and business areas.

You will report to the Head of Global IT Procurement. The role requires experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and IT contracting.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management within IT.
Experience with supplier governance and commercial IT agreements.
Proven ability to conduct supplier negotiations and manage IT contracts.
Fluency in English; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take commercial responsibility for one or more IT categories including spend and risk analysis.
Develop and drive sourcing strategies, RFIs, RFPs, negotiations and framework agreements.
Collaborate with Global IT to optimize vendor solutions and manage contracts.
Lead supplier governance and ensure effective vendor relationships and performance tracking.
Manage contract renewals and ensure documentation and processes compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and vendor management.
Monitor performance and report trends to stakeholders.
