- 15+ years of professional experience in electronics/control engineering.
- 10+ years in a functional or line management role within HVDC or large-scale power systems.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Systems.
- Fluent business English for global leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead global engineering operations for C&P systems across HVDC projects.
- Define system architecture strategy and drive technical excellence.
- Oversee design, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
- Standardize tools and testing methodologies across hubs.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Testing.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, cyber security standards, and grid codes.
